- 1. Customer Satisfaction
- We strive to satisfy our customers (CS) through R&D and delivery of invaluable products and services that benefit the customer, are safe and environmental friendly.
- 2. Fair Trade
- It is our mission to sustain fair, transparent and free competition and trade. A good and healthy working relationship will also be maintained at all times with the government and authorities.
- 3. Information Disclosure
- We will always maintain good communications with our shareholders and all stakeholders by providing pinpoint and proper corporate information. Effort will also be maintained to constantly revise and upgrade the in-house chain of command to promise effective corporate operations that guarantees that the information disclosed is reliable.
- 4. Employee Satisfaction – Respecting Our Employees
- We will always respect the individuality and human rights of our employees, and provide a safe and motivating work environment that is both comfortable and stimulating.
- 5. Environmental Protection
- We take environmental measures very seriously and thereby practice aggressive activities and action with consideration to the environment, based on the understanding that environmental protection is mandatory for an enterprise to exist and operate.

- 9. Director and Management Responsibilities
- Yushiro directors and management realize that it is their job to actualize details of the Yushiro Charter. This will be done without reservation and in manner that sets an example, of thorough practice and awareness throughout the company. In the event there is a violation of the charter, then the cause shall immediately be identified, followed by information disclosure. The realm of responsibility including those of each and every individual will also be clarified to thoroughly prevent recurrence of similar events.
